You’ll ensure that all sales, contracts, and agency agreements adhere to legislative requirements while supporting a high-performing sales team and management across all facets of compliance and office operations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all sales and agency agreement compliance checks Manage exchange processing, auction preparation, and post-sale procedures Conduct internal audits and ensure licensing, training, and compliance records are maintained Liaise with solicitors, vendors, and agents to resolve operational or contractual issues Support staff onboarding/offboarding and assist with HR management Collaborate with accounts and marketing teams to ensure smooth business operations Conduct brand and systems audits to maintain professional standards across all platforms About You: Previous experience in real estate compliance, operations, or administration Strong understanding of property legislation and agency documentation Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills Proactive, solutions-focused, and confident in managing competing priorities Professional, composed, and able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders If you thrive in a structured yet fast-paced environment and have a passion for operational excellence, this is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a critical role within one of Sydney’s most respected agencies.
